The Burlington carries two on-site restaurants. The Sussex Restaurant is the hotel’s fine dining choice, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Alternatively the Diplomat Restaurant has a buffet lunch selection and is a great location for an intimate evening meal.
There are also three bars at the hotel, all of which have carry a different bar menu. The lobby of the hotel offers tea and coffee and a light lunch menu, ideal for any time of day. Following the refurbishment, Buck Mulligan’s Bar has been renamed the Bellini Bar and has a stylish appointment, a refreshing drinks selection and a tapas menu. Finally, the Resident’s Bar offers a broad selection of wines, beers and cocktails, with a Mediterranean menu.
